Nation - Monday (Investor's Business Daily)

Investor's Business Daily - Eight states will back a lawsuit to stop the U.S. gov't from imposing new rules that they fear will force them to cut children from state health insurance programs, New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer said. Congress OK'd a greatly expanded State Children's Health Insurance Program, but the bill would restrict how states could implement it. The states contend that could leave some children without insurance. Bush has vowed to veto the bill.
